

I know this is customer support and I shouldn't take it out on you but I just want to express how I feel about the whole situation. I live in the Netherlands, where can I go to get my laptop checked out? I really hope this time I will get the help I need because I'm getting pretty pissed. I can't find any hp stores near my area where I can go to. This is why I want to physically take my laptop to a real physical hp store so someone can take a look at it from up close and come with solutions to my problems that WILL work. I don't feel like explaining all the complicated issues I'm having with my notebook on this forum anymore. It's really sad to see such a promising notebook break down on me so fast. What kind of quality am I dealing with here, this laptop wasn't cheap yet it's breaking down faster than anything I've seen before. After using it for the first time I already ran into some minor issues. So I bought this laptop about a year ago.
